ed deltagelse på kurset opnår du kompetencer indenfor screening af bevægelse samt differentiering af styrketræning i forbindelse med rehabilitering af den skadede løber. Dette kursus vil give dig en unik mulighed for at skabe sammenhæng mellem den evidensbaseret tilgang til skadesforebyggelse og videre til præstationsoptimering af løberen.

Undervejs i kurset vil du blive introduceret til screeningsværktøjer, som kan udforske biomekaniske forskelle i den skadet/ikke-skadet løber. Der vil være et særligt fokus på funktionelle test samt bevægeanalyse, som kan guide dig som behandler til et forbedret behandlingsforløb. Ligeledes vil der være en gennemgang af løbe-relaterede overbelastningsskader samt behandling af disse.
